The position requires a Ph.D. or Ed.
D. in Audiology. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship. The University will not sponsor applicants for work visas (e.g., H-1B). Job Summary The position exists to fulfill the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) Standard that 50% of graduate level courses should be taught by Ph.D. or Ed.
D. qualified candidates. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Delivering instruction for the fall term SHS 710: Rehabilitation for Hearing Impaired Adults class. Developing the curriculum for the class (designing syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments) Assessing student performance. Maintaining student engagement and support. Classroom management. Adhering to administrative and institutional responsibilities and performing other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Applicant must at a minimum hold a Ph.D. or Ed.
