job summary: The Principle Scientist, DMPK is responsible for planning and performing in vitro and in vivo ADME studies that contribute to research and development activities. The incumbent is also responsible for communicating experimental results to his/her supervisor and the project team. The incumbent works cross-functionally with internal departments, and external resources as appropriate, as part of discovery science project teams. The Principle Scientist, DMPK supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.

Bridgewater, New Jersey job type: Permanent salary: $160,000 - 175,000 per year work hours: 9 to 5 education: Doctorate responsibilities: Seeking Principal Scientist to act as the DMPK representative, partnering cross-functionally with biology, chemistry, and pharmacology teams to support research projects. This individual will play a key role in data generation, interpretation, and presentation, helping project teams determine which compounds should advance. The role is heavily focused on the discovery stage, with some involvement in development activities (e.g., supporting NDA preparation). Candidates should have strong hands-on DMPK experience, with the ability to work in the lab (limited bench work) and speak in depth about metabolism, pharmacokinetics (PK), and/or bioanalysis. A strong background in metabolism is preferred, though PK experience is also valuable. qualifications:
