Job Description:
Join a collaborative team of information professionals supporting an international multi-strategy investment manager. The Information Resources Associate (IRA) sits within Research Services and reports to the Global Director of Research Services. This is a global role, partnering with internal teams and external vendors primarily across the United States and Europe. Research Services is responsible for sourcing, diligencing, and onboarding external research and data resources that support the investment process. The team also manages vendor relationships and the lifecycle of related licenses and entitlements. Responsibilities Own a subset of external research, exchange, and data products, including day-to-day vendor relationship management. Support vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle processes across the Research Services function. Serve as the primary Research Services contact for designated investment teams, responding to requests and proactively anticipating research needs. Coordinate vendor teach-ins and internal enablement sessions. Review and analyze vendor usage and entitlement reporting. Help maintain Research Services content on internal platforms, including service descriptions and intranet updates. Contribute to ad hoc projects across research and data sourcing, licensing, and process improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, MLIS degree preferred. Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive, with strong follow-through. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external vendors. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Clear, confident communicator in both writing and conversation. Service-driven, with a track record of supporting stakeholders efficiently and professionally. Collaborative, reliable, and grounded in professional integrity. 4+ years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm, consulting firm, library, or corporate information or research center setting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Demonstrates AI fluency by leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, research, analysis, and workflow quality while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality
Compensation:
$105-125K base plus discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package.
