Aviation Research & Communications Assistant - School of Aviation

Support faculty-led research and scholarly dissemination activities in aviation safety through the development of research figures, educational visuals, presentation materials, and other digital products. Student assistants will help prepare materials that support research projects, scholarly presentations, workshops, grant development, and educational outreach. Assist with the preparation of research support materials for aviation safety projects. Create figures, diagrams, tables, and presentation materials to support scholarly dissemination. Organize and prepare materials for conference presentations, workshops, and grant-related activities. Support the development and formatting of educational and research dissemination materials. Revise project materials based on faculty feedback and project needs. Maintain organized digital files and project documentation. Perform other related duties in support of faculty research and scholarly activities. Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at BGSU. Strong interest in research, aviation, safety, education, or digital communication. Experience with digital design tools such as Canva, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, or related platforms. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and willingness to revise materials as needed.
