Audiometric Technician Entry Level Full & Part Time Positions Available Must have desire to travel and good communication skills Requires doing work in OHIO Must be capable of driving and setting up one of our mobile units Environmental Technology Corporation (E.T.C.) is a privately owned company in the business of providing quality medical testing, equipment and services, to industry nationwide. Having our beginnings in 1970 in audiometric sales and service, we expanded in 1972 with our interstate mobile audiometric testing. As the experience and knowledge of our personnel grew, so did E.T.C. Comprehensive hearing conservation programs evolved to include computer analysis of test data and employee education. During the mid-1970's, E.T.C. was responsible for the research and developmentf the first microprocessor-based audiometer. We debuted it at the National Safety Congress in Chicago. The units are still in use today, although a smaller more compact version is available. In 1982 E.T.C. expanded onsite testing services with the addition of a new mobile unit. This expansion provided our clients with additional services such as; Chest X-Rays, EKG's, Vision Screening, Biological Specimen Sampling and Qualitative Respirator Fit Testing. E.T.C. has been and is a dealer for several manufacturers of spirometry and hearing conservation equipment. We have a service department that will service and calibrate multiple makes and models of spirometers and audiometers.
