Job Description:

The University of Toledo is looking for a Senior Research Associate. Under general supervision, and within established policies and procedures, serves as an independent researcher or a collaborator on a multi-scholar research initiative. May have lead responsibilities for components of a larger project under the general supervision of a Principal Investigator.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ph.D. (or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant discipline) or Master's (or equivalent) degree, plus relevant experience. In rare instance, a Bachelor's (or equivalent) plus additional experience will be considered. Master's plus at least five (5) yrs of relevant post-master's professional work experience, Bachelor's plus at least eight (8) yrs of exceptional relevant professional experience may be considered. Demonstrated abilities in laboratory techniques required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Experience with mentoring students required.
