The Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program is seeking to fill one PGY-5 fellowship position.

The Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program at the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, is seeking to fill one PGY-5 fellowship position. Qualified MD or DO applicants must have successfully completed three years of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and one year of a Hematology/Oncology fellowship. Applicants should have maintained recent clinical engagement; individual circumstances will be reviewed holistically. Visa sponsorship is available for J-1 candidates only. Interested candidates must submit all of the following materials for consideration by Friday, May 29. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

• At least three letters of recommendation, including one from the most recent program director
• USMLE Step 1 (pass/fail) and Step 2 CK results
