Title Summary Provides day-to-day administrative Institutional Research Office. Assures
integrity of standards related to external compliance reporting. Responsible for supervising the Word Processing/Duplicating Mail centers.
Reports to the Executive Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness. Work Schedule:
Full Time, Monday
through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (The standard work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Exempt professionals, are
expected to maintain a flexible schedule to ensure all responsibilities and collegiate needs are met, including occasional work outside of
core business hours.) Duties and Responsibilities Maintains current and accurate compliance
records and files as required by third party organizations.
Develops and reviews reports for Institutional Research
deliverables.
Creates presentation quality reports and graphs.
Manages the lifecycle of ad hoc, scheduled, and classroom
climate surveys, while providing guidance to end-users on data evaluation and documentation management.
Assists in data management
and organization for Institutional Research.
Assists in updating reports and maintaining information on the portal and
website.
Assist with data gathering for the Perkins grant and performance report
Defines, executes, and provides basic
analysis for institutional surveys.
Assists the Director of Assessment with data literacy and the Director of IR with report
specification and definitions.
Contributes to the college's accreditation efforts, including the overall Middle State accreditation
and any program-specific accreditation standards.
Maintains rigorous documentation for all reports and analyses.
Develops
and review annual reporting for Institutional Factbook and Graduate Outcomes Reports
Develops and produce annual reporting for
Institutional Factbook and Graduate Outcomes Reports.
Updates and Maintain the IR Annual Reporting Calendar
Monitors and
maintain Institutional IR Research ticket Queue.
Communicates on behalf of IR to internal and external stakeholders regarding
project timelines, guidelines and expectations.
Monitors, maintains, responds to the IR email account mailbox.
Creates and
maintains technical documentation and writing for the IR office (e.g surveys, technical procedures, slidedeck QA, etc.)
Supervises
Word Processing and Duplicating Offices:
Responsible for overseeing the functions of the Word Processing and Duplicating/Mail
centers, which includes, supervising and evaluating the employees of both areas.
Monitors and tracks the budgets of the Word
Processing and Duplicating/Mail centers and Academic Services Office.
Required
Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a related
field.
Certifications
Act 153 Clearances (Act 34 PA Criminal Background, Act 151 PA Child Abuse History, Act 114 FBI
Clearance Fingerprinting)
Work Experience
Minimum of three years' experience in Institutional
Research, Assessment, Foundation, and Enrollment.
Proficiency in Basic SQL, Survey Monkey, and Argos.
Knowledge,
Skills, Abilities
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed program records. Excellent organizational, communication,
and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Ability to learn the College's administrative
computing systems (Banner, Infoquest, Argos, Lightcast).
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to
draft and edit professional correspondence.
Detail Orientation:
High level of accuracy in proofreading, data entry, and document
preparation.
Technology Skills:
Confident in learning and using digital tools for data entry, scheduling, faculty load and
compensation, document management, and virtual collaboration.
Critical Thinking:
Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and
resolve problems effectively.
Multitasking:
Comfortable managing multiple assignments and deadlines with minimal supervision. Able to prioritize job duties according to the needs of the department and institution.

Preferred
Certifications in data analytics and/or
data warehousing.
Experience with Statistical or data science language.
Experience in project management, higher education,
database management.
Knowledge of academic software
