Overview Join our dynamic team as a Jury Research Analyst Assistant, where your meticulous attention to detail and passion for research will play a vital role in supporting jury selection studies and legal research projects. Duties Assist with the collection, organization, and entry of data related to jury research studies using various databases and software tools Catalog research materials, legal documents, and survey responses to ensure easy retrieval and accurate record-keeping Support the maintenance of library collections by filing physical and digital documents systematically Enter data into integrated library systems (ILS) with precision, ensuring accuracy and consistency across records Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries from team members or external researchers regarding data or research materials Troubleshoot basic software issues related to research databases or library systems to maintain smooth operations Aid in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation that support ongoing jury research projects Experience Prior experience working with databases, data entry, or cataloging is highly desirable Strong writing skills for documenting procedures, creating reports, and communicating findings clearly Familiarity with library services, filing systems, or research environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in computer skills including typing speed and software troubleshooting is essential Knowledge of integrated library systems (ILS) or similar software platforms is a plus Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service This paid opportunity invites motivated individuals eager to support vital legal research initiatives while developing valuable skills in data management, library services, and research methodologies.
