Legal Research Analyst

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst Trainee to join our team. We are based in Colorado, so Mountain Time is preferred - but this role is Fully Remote. In this role, you will conduct thorough investigations and provide accurate intelligence reports to support client decision-making. This is a long-term contract-to-hire position that requires active collaboration with team members during standard working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on public records to gather information about individuals and entities.
• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to produce actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive and precise intelligence reports for client use.
• Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Participate in daily training sessions led by senior analysts to enhance skills and performance.
• Apply feedback consistently to improve analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Utilize online research tools and systems proficiently to complete tasks. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in research, data entry, or a related field.
• Proficiency with computer systems and online research tools.
• Tech savvy, with Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in investigative work.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Self-driven, motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a structured and team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work a full 8-hour day during standard business hours.
