Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst Trainee to join our team. We are based in Colorado, so Mountain Time is preferred - but this role is Fully Remote. In this role, you will conduct thorough investigations and provide accurate intelligence reports to support client decision-making. This is a long-term contract-to-hire position that requires active collaboration with team members during standard working hours.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research on public records to gather information about individuals and entities.
Analyze and interpret data from various sources to produce actionable insights.
Prepare comprehensive and precise intelligence reports for client use.
Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
Participate in daily training sessions led by senior analysts to enhance skills and performance.
Apply feedback consistently to improve analytical and reporting capabilities.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Utilize online research tools and systems proficiently to complete tasks. Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in research, data entry, or a related field.
Proficiency with computer systems and online research tools.
Tech savvy, with Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in investigative work.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Self-driven, motivated with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a structured and team-oriented environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work a full 8-hour day during standard business hours.
