Job Title:
Research Analyst II Location(s): Atlanta, GA Job Description Lead apliance content audit aligned with California Delete Act (SB 362) across multiple brand platforms (Autotrader, KBB, Dealer, VinSolutions). Review websites, CMS platforms, Seismic, SharePoint, and sales/marketing collateral for nonpliant data-sharing language. Identify and document risks in a structured tracker (platform, asset type, severity). Partner with legal and marketing stakeholders to validate and prioritize remediation. Rewrite or rmendpliant messaging ensuring proper attribution to the organization. Support development of training materials and standardized boilerplate language Track progress against timelines and contribute to status reporting and project milestones Provide general marketing support including copywriting, editing, asset management, and campaign coordination Job Requirements 2-4 years of experience in content strategy, content auditing, or marketingmunications Strong writing and editing skills, with experience adapting content forpliance or regulatory standards Demonstrated ability to audit and analyze marketing content for messaging accuracy and risk High attention to detail with experience managing large volumes of content across platforms Familiarity with CMS tools, Seismic, SharePoint, or similar content repositories Understanding of B2B marketing and multi-brand content ecosystems Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, andmunicate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience working with legalpliance stakeholders is a plus. What we're looking for This is essentially a contentpliance + marketing operations hybrid role, not pure marketing. Strong fits: Content Strategist, Content QA, Marketing Ops, Compliance Content Specialist. Weak fits: purely creative copywriters withoutpliance exposure.
