Working across the full research lifecycle, the Research Associate will contribute to the design and execution of mixed-methods studies, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires, as well as systematic literature reviews and quantitative and qualitative analyses. Particular emphasis will be placed on evaluating how advisory and knowledge-based educational initiatives align with HCPs needs and contribute to meaningful outcomes, including changes in knowledge, competence, performance, and perceived impact on patient care. The Research Associate will support the synthesis of findings into clear, actionable insights, translating complex data into strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
