Institutional Research Analyst

Requirements 2 or more years of experience in creating and administering professional surveys and data reports. Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding. Experience with Excel pivot tables and advanced data manipulation techniques. Experience in SQL or equivalent data extraction methods from relational databases. Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, or Alchemer. Experience in managing institutional data accuracy and ethical research processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Coordinate the distribution schedules and administration of diverse institutional surveys. Visualize complex datasets using Power BI or Tableau for online reporting. Extract and validate data using SQL to support graduate placement and institutional reports. Coordinate end-to-end course evaluation processes and monitor response rate metrics. Administer and maintain diverse survey platforms to ensure efficient organizational workflows. Develop and update the institutional Factbook and Graduate Placement publications. Conduct detailed data audits to ensure accuracy across all public and internal reports.
