NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE 37212 FULL TIME , REMOTE
The Assistant Director of Research and Strategic Evaluation will support the overall work of the Office of Research and Evaluation through managing data gathering, analysis, reporting and presentation, as well as coordinating grant programs and assisting with necessary administrative tasks. This position conducts data gathering and reporting for regular, short-term evaluations of ongoing or other routine agency projects, programs, and initiatives (webinars, resources, major events, etc.). Will also collaborate with executive director in topical research projects, including gathering and preparing survey, denominational, and qualitative data. Contributes to annual content creation process, which involves gathering and synthesizing a range of agency web analytics, participation data, secondary literature research on social trends, bi-annual market research, etc. Assists overall agency evaluation with responsibility toward Discipleship Ministries' board of directors and outside stakeholders such as annual conferences, ethnic plans and the Connectional Table, including gathering data for regular updating of agency dashboard and other evaluation duties as assigned.
Education / Experience
Bachelor's Degree; Master's preferred Three or more years of experience in data gathering and analysis, basic office administration, and church related systems. Compensation and Benefits Salary range is $52,000 - $59,000 based on experience Benefits include health insurance (medical, prescription, dental, vision), life insurance and other supplementals, short term and long-term disability. Retirement plan managed by Wespath. Twelve annual paid holidays. Vacation and sick/personal days.
