Work Setting:
Onsite Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.
Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL; Experience with Business Analysis (3+ years); Experience with Microsoft 365 suite Experience with SAP Accounts Payable; Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research to support medium-to-large special projects; Experience conducting analysis and reports; Experience with process design and modification for continuous business improvement; High School Grad /
GED Preferred:
Experience with Legal terminology and governance; Experience with Paralegal background; Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Client's Regulatory & Political Affairs, Legal and outside vendors to prepare and execute contracts for lobbying and political consultants; Ensure proper retention of contracts and supporting documentation on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site; Maintain the Lobbyist, Consultants and Trades Report on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site; Ensure proper coding of invoices and timely payment of vendors; Prepare requests for political contributions and track on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site; Prepare quarterly BOD reporting of political contributions; Conduct analyses and prepare reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations.
