Ohio Wesleyan University, a selective, private, undergraduate liberal arts, residential institution founded in 1842 and located just 20 miles north of Columbus, is seeking candidates for the position of The Graduate Assistant (GA) with OMSA The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs. This is a

.Job Summary:
The Graduate Assistant (GA) serves as an imperative staff member of the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs. The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA) includes the Women's Resource Center, Spectrum (LGBTQIA+), Global Majority initiatives, and support 1st Generation students. While the position will vary based on the needs and the GA's professional development, the primary areas of responsibility include: Assisting with the implementation of the Summer Bridge Program Developing programs and workshops Student/staff development and training Assisting with marketing Communications for the center's social media platforms About us: The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA) takes the lead on providing support for students through services provided by the Women's & Gender Resource Center, LGBTQIA+ Spectrum Center, and Multicultural Center. We promote community building, wellness, the pursuit of joy, and the movement toward thriving in all environments. Our goal is to support students who hold historically underrepresented identities to reach their goal of graduation.Mission:

Staff Supervision Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate pursuing a Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.Completed application packets will include:
