Blended Case Manager (BCM) Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) is on the lookout for passionate and dedicated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the mental health sector. Starting Pay and Compensation:
Base weekly rate plus Bonuses For hours over 27 billable hours weekly: $30 per hour bonus For hours beyond 32 billable hours weekly: $40 per hour bonus Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and additional incentives, starting pay ranges from $40,000 to $50,000. This total encompasses all aspects of compensation, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our team's hard work and dedication. Benefits & Additional Incentives Beyond the above

Requirements:
We welcome candidates who align with the following criteria: Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or, Registered nurse ; or, High school diploma holders and 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science and two years experience in direct contact with mental health consumers Embark on a rewarding journey with Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center, where your efforts contribute to substantial positive change in mental health care across Pennsylvania.
