Political Campaign Consultant

M39 Strategies M39 Strategies is seeking part-time Campaign Consultants to support a range of political campaign efforts. M39 Strategies is a Southfield-based political campaign consulting firm with clients from city council members to candidates for Congress. Our mission is to provide affordable, professional campaign support that centers progressive values and lifts up the voices of everyday people. Position Overview Campaign Consultants will work 10-15 hours per week supporting candidates with core campaign functions including fundraising, voter contact, and event execution. This role offers flexible, project-based work with opportunities to plug into real campaigns making a direct impact. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may vary based on campaign needs, but can include: Assisting with call time planning and execution Supporting fundraising efforts, including event planning and follow-up Managing or assisting with voter contact programs (door-to-door, phone banking, texting, relational organizing) Representing campaigns at community events or meetings Providing general campaign support and strategic input Compensation $27-$35 per hour, depending on experience 1099 independent contractor position Reporting Structure This role reports directly to the partners at M39 Strategies.
