The candidate must plan and create course syllabi, lecture, and provide quality instruction and guidance, follow established institutional guidelines, evaluate student performance, maintain a positive educational environment in the classroom, etc. Qualifications Candidates must hold a Master's degree with at least 18 hours of graduate course work in the particular discipline.
