Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Grower located in Apopka, FL. The Assistant Grower will be responsible for assisting with daily plant care and cultivation, monitoring and maintaining plants, ensuring the proper application of fertilizers and pesticides, and assisting with harvesting activities. Other duties include monitoring plant health, identifying diseases and pests, and recording data related to plant growth and health. Qualifications Plant care and cultivation skills, including knowledge of fertilizers and pesticides Ability to identify plant diseases and pests Experience with data recording and management related to plant health Excellent attention to detail and observation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience or education in horticulture or plant sciences is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Physical ability to perform tasks related to plant maintenance Degree in Plant related discipline preferred but not required
