THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION
•Do you notice when a plant needs water before it tells anyone else? Do you enjoy warm mornings, the smell of soil, and watching things grow? Wasson is looking for a Greenhouse Specialist who takes pride in plant health and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our greenhouse thriving. This role is perfect for someone who loves plants, enjoys routine with purpose, and doesn't mind getting a little dirty in the process.
What You'll Be Doing:
Caring for plants in our greenhouses, including watering, spacing, pruning, and general plant health. Monitoring growing conditions and reporting issues before they become problems. Assisting with planting, transplanting, and seasonal changeovers. Keeping greenhouse areas clean, organized, and efficient. Working with the team to ensure plants are healthy, ready, and beautiful for our customers. Other duties as assigned.
