Head Grower

We are looking for a passionate and experienced head grower for our new indoor grow in Harrsion Township. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Grower to join our team. This person will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining plants in our 360 light indoor coco grow. This position requires a strong understanding of plant care and the ability to perform various tasks related to plant growth.

• Duties:

• Plant, water, and irrigate crops or plants utilizing the Dosatron system
• Build and lead a team of passionate and experienced grow staff
• Manage third-party harvest and trim teams
• Monitor plant health and growth progress
• Collect data on plant growth and conditions

• Requirements:

• Experience in indoor marijuana cultivation at scale
• Detailed understanding of crop-steering and developing an effective IPM program
• Knowledge of data collection methods for plant monitoring
