Insect Rearing and Plant testing Technician

Assist with insect rearing and indoor crop plant trials. Duties include a variety of tasks including daily insect care, food preparation, preparing tests for planting, and some cleaning and maintenance jobs. Will train. Some experience in animal or plant care, or farm or greenhouse work would be helpful. High School graduate, but some education beyond that in plant or animal care would be desirable. Will need to be adequately fit, as there will be tasks such as occasionally lifting 50 pound bags of soil or seeds.
