Job Title:

Agronomist / Crop Consultant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Agronomist to support crop production across a variety of crops including cotton, peanuts, soybeans, wheat, and tobacco. This role focuses on field data collection, crop scouting, and delivering accurate, timely recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine crop scouting and field evaluations Collect and input agronomic data accurately Perform scout rechecks to ensure data quality and consistency Prepare and deliver detailed scouting reports to clients Assist with research trials and field studies Conduct soil sampling and interpret results Support nutrient management planning

Required Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of crop consulting practices Experience with soil sampling and agronomic fieldwork Familiarity with GIS software and data tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate professionally with clients Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
