The ideal candidates will have the ability to collaborate with outdoor and greenhouse farmer clients to examine, research, and provide solutions to help accelerate the regenerative model of agriculture. As the Agronomist/Soil Health Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• A complete understanding of the applications and benefits of the entire Soil Toolbox complement of products.
• Researching and promoting agricultural strategies to create healthy soils for our clients.
• Visiting fields to collect soil & plant samples.
• Oversight of testing for soil health, SAP analysis, and brix testing.
• Understanding plant pathogens and sample collection for pathogen screening.
• Keeping detailed records of various trials, fields, customers, crops and ongoing testing.
• Update and maintain CRM program daily.
• Generating reports and presenting findings to management team, and consult for solutions and proposed programs.
• Daily creation, oversight and management of all trials and programs in process.
• Attendance and participation in annual trade shows.
• Develop programs for various crops based on farm specific conditions.
• Working with the Director, and in coordination with future Sales and Marketing teams, help to coordinate new dealer launches and support distribution activities.
• Assist Director and Soils Specialist with other ongoing projects, market strategy, product development, and other duties as needed.
