Full-Time Overview We are seeking two experienced Soil Scientists / Authorized On-Site Soil Evaluators (AOSE) to support growing operations across Virginia, with positions based in Marshall and Hartfield. This is a high-impact role focused on soil evaluation, septic system design support, and environmental fieldwork. Candidates do not need to be licensed AOSEs—hands-on experience in soil science, environmental science, or a related field is strongly valued. Licensing support and accommodation can be provided for qualified individuals.
