Job Description

Perform visual inspection of MS4 outfalls and storm water ponds and record data in GPS unit; update GIS database and the map of the city's storm sewer conveyance and treatment system; provide erosion control inspections of active construction sites; assist facilitation of educational activities with various community organizations; manage vegetation and use storm water best management practices for shoreline restoration, rain garden maintenance, buffer establishment and maintenance, wetland restoration and others; administer water quality monitoring and database management; support the department's survey work and construction staking.
