Operations Manager

About Grounded Operations Grounded Operations designs, installs, and maintains composting toilet and graywater systems across the DMV as the sole Rep for Clivus Multrum based in New England. We work on residential properties, parks, trailheads, and specialty sites building sustainable sanitation infrastructure that conserves water and returns nutrients to the land. The Role We're looking for a hands-on team member to help with the ongoing maintenance and operation of composting toilet and graywater systems at client sites. You'll work alongside our experienced team, learning the systems from the inside out. What You'll Do Service composting toilet systems at residential and commercial sites Maintain and troubleshoot graywater systems and pump components Assist with system inspections Support installation and commissioning of new systems Travel to sites across the DC, Maryland and Virginia What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with physical outdoor work Progressive, forward thinking mindset Willing to learn Computer savvy Comfortable with basic repair needs (pump, switch, fan replacements) Interest in sustainability, environmental work, or off-grid systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean background check

Details Schedule:

Part-time, 2-3 days per week

Field work across the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

Compensation:

Pay and gas stipend to be discussed

Provided — start as soon as possible
