Responsibilities Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, watering, and monitoring health status to ensure their well-being. Assist with stable cleaning, bedding management, and overall facility maintenance to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety. Operate heavy machinery and farm equipment such as forklifts, tractors, irrigation systems, and power tools safely and efficiently. Supervise or assist with animal handling activities, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed during movement or medical procedures. Collaborate with team members to implement farm management practices that enhance animal care and operational efficiency. Requirements Proven supervising experience or leadership skills in farm or stable environments. Strong background in animal husbandry with specific experience in equine care. Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely under supervision. Hands-on experience with animal handling techniques and maintaining a safe environment for animals and staff alike.
