Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Stablehands to join our team. The Stablehand will assist with the daily care of horses and maintenance of the stables to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our
  • 11am - 7:30pm shift 2 days a week
  • and
  • 6:00am to 2:30pm 3 days a week
  • Essential duties and responsibilities: Must be reliable and dependable.
Capable and comfortable working with and around animals of all sizes. Monitor physical fitness and health of barn animals, report accordingly to management. Care for barn animals by providing feed, fresh water, and clean spaces. Perform daily inspection of animals for soundness and or appearance. Communicate with performers accordingly when it pertains to barn animals. The stable hand position may require cross training in other areas of the production department.
Qualification Requirements:
At least 18 years of age. Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
Continuous standingwalking on level ground as well as up and down steps/ladders. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing. Frequent lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing of barn equipment/tools. Occasional operation of tractor.
