What You'll Do Interpret water quality data, biological indicators, and ecosystem dynamics to guide customer decisions Advise customers on fisheries management, stocking strategies, and population balance Diagnose pond and lake issues including nutrient loading, algal blooms, and oxygen limitations Recommend solutions including aeration systems, biological treatments, and nutrient management strategies Translate complex ecological concepts into clear, actionable recommendations Convert inbound leads into sales through consultative conversations (phone, email, online) Build long-term customer relationships grounded in trust and technical credibility Document interactions and insights within CRM systems (NetSuite, Zoho, or similar) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution aligns with recommendations Stay current on emerging research, tools, and best practices in fisheries and aquatic management Who You Are Scientifically grounded
