Tractor Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled equipment operator to assist with moving and hauling dirt, clearing mesas of shrubs, weeds, and cacti, and making roads for a large-scale PV solar site. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment to move and haul dirt. Clear mesas of shrubs, weeds, and cacti. Construct roads for a PV solar site. Essential Skills Experience in industrial trenching, grading, and digging. Proficiency in using heavy equipment. Back ground in civil dirt and equipment operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience operating heavy equipment for civil contractors. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will be working outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions. The schedule is Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility required as it is subject to change. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Waterflow, NM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
