Screen Print Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Screen Print Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed garments (tshirts, hoodies, blankets, bags, etc.) and other tasks to support screenprint production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print production, with a keen eye for detail and strong work ethic. Position is open to non-experienced candidates though preference will go to those with previous experience. Duties Operate and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality output. Properly clean and maintain mesh screens. Mix new ink colors and maintain storage organization. Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure adherence to specifications and standards. Maintain cleanliness in assigned work area. Understand client needs and deliver exceptional results that meet their expectations. Stay updated on industry trends in print technology and design techniques to continuously improve production processes. Preferred Skills Experience with screen printing and knowledge of print production processes. (ROQ Auto Press highly desirable) Strong work ethic and communication. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
