E. T-Shirts is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented production team member to join our already amazing team! We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in creating high-quality products in a fun and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in screen printing, embroidery, apparel production, and everything in between. Experience operating automatic or manual screen-printing presses is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities may include:

Pre-press production duties Reclaiming and burning screens Set up and operate screen printing presses, ensuring accurate registration and color matching for each job Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs; coordinate with maintenance teams for more complex servicing Manage inventory of inks, screens, and other supplies to ensure smooth workflow without delays Labeling, tagging, and inventory management of apparel Screen printing and DTF (Direct to Film) production Learn Embroidery setup and production-trimming and garment finishing Heat pressing apparel Weeding and masking vinyl Folding, organizing, and packaging orders Quality control inspections Maintaining a clean and organized shop and equipment Learning our pre-press and production systems Assisting with general shop maintenance Helping ensure we produce high-quality products while having fun doing it!
