Screen Printing Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality screen printing processes on various substrates, ensuring vibrant color reproduction and precise registration. Your expertise will help bring creative designs to life, contributing to the production of visually compelling products that meet our quality standards. Duties Set up and operate screen printing machinery. Manage color matching and color management processes to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork. Monitor print runs for quality control, inspecting prints for color accuracy, registration, and overall appearance; make adjustments as needed. Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning. Document production details, including job specifications, quality checks, and maintenance logs to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.

Pay:

Up to $15.00 per hour
