Screen Printing Production Assistant Poppy & Pine - Wentzville, MO Poppy & Pine is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Screen Printing Production Assistant ! This is a hands-on production role inside a fast-growing apparel company. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality work, and is eager to learn the screen printing process from start to finish. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Responsibilities Assist with operating and loading/unloading screen printing presses Clean, reclaim, and prep screens for production Mix inks and prepare jobs for printers Organize production materials and maintain workflow efficiency Assist with setup and breakdown of print jobs Help maintain print quality and consistency throughout production Fold, sort, and prepare finished apparel orders Keep production areas clean, organized, and running smoothly Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting boxes/apparel as needed Ability to multitask and stay organized Previous screen printing or production experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the company Why Join Poppy & Pine? $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
