Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering enterprise software solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. As a key facilitator within our project management ecosystem, you will champion Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. Your leadership will foster a high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement, effective communication, and successful project delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence project success through expert facilitation, strategic planning, and technical understanding of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Duties Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to promote Agile best practices and team accountability. Remove impediments that hinder team progress by collaborating with stakeholders and resource managers to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with product owners to prioritize backlogs, define user stories, and ensure clear requirements gathering aligned with business goals. Support the implementation of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe across multiple projects involving enterprise software deployments. Monitor project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, VersionOne, and TFS; manage timelines for release management and project scheduling. Lead efforts in user acceptance testing (UAT), test case development, and test-driven development practices to ensure quality deliverables. Oversee project documentation including Visio diagrams for IT infrastructure architecture, requirements specifications, and disaster recovery plans. Collaborate with IT teams on cloud computing initiatives (AWS), database management (SQL, Oracle), and IT governance standards to align project goals with organizational policies. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing analysis skills data, conducting lessons learned sessions, and implementing process enhancements. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar project management role within enterprise software environments. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; familiarity with Waterfall methodologies is a plus. Hands-on experience with project management software including Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel). Knowledge of SDLC processes, PMBOK guidelines, requirements gathering techniques, and user acceptance testing procedures. Technical proficiency in AWS cloud computing services; experience with SQL databases (SQL Server or Oracle) is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate effective communication among diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with expertise in project scheduling, risk management, negotiation, and time management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data related to software development metrics and process improvements. $99,028.38 - $119,259.99 per year
