We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant with a strong background in Selenium to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and automation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best practices in automation testing.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored consultancy services.

Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using Selenium.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and performance.

Provide training and support to client teams on Selenium best practices and automation frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing and Selenium.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and related tools.

Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Experience with test automation frameworks and methodologies.

Solid understanding of software development and testing processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

Experience with performance testing tools.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5-7 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation consultancy.

Certifications in Selenium or related testing frameworks are a plus.
