SDR Location:
Boston Description DLP's rule-based framework is broken. We asked machines to find problems with rigid rules, then expected humans to investigate the noise - an impossible task. Jazz is the new model. It starts with total coverage from a forensic endpoint agent and uses a powerful Agentic Investigator that learns your business. It delivers clear, pre-investigated answers instead of alerts, and is designed to be run by a single person. Finally, DLP that works. Founded in 2024 and backed by leading cybersecurity investors, we are already deployed with customers worldwide and scaling fast. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to break into tech sales and play a critical role in building our pipeline from day one. This is a pure hunter role focused on outbound prospecting and creating new business opportunities. 
What You'll Do:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach Prospect into target accounts and identify key decision-makers Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives Learn and apply modern sales methodologies and messaging Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and repetition Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities Collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert the pipeline Track performance metrics and consistently hit activity and meeting targets 
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience as an SDR / Acquisitions Representative or in customer-facing roles, with a consistent track record in cybersecurity Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments Driven, competitive, and consistently exceeds targets High energy, strong time management, and proven pipeline generation ability Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Salesforce or Hubspot and AI sales tools (advantage) Why Join Jazz?
