Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities + performance bonuses About the Role We are growing our team and looking for a reliable, hardworking Parking Lot Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve commercial and residential properties. This is a hands-on outdoor role perfect for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys physical work, and wants to be part of a growing maintenance crew. Key Responsibilities Perform seal coating of asphalt parking lots to protect and extend surface life Execute professional crack filling and repair to prevent water damage and further deterioration Apply high-quality parking lot striping and pavement markings (including arrows, numbers, handicap symbols, etc.) Conduct lot cleaning, sweeping, and debris removal as needed Power washing, oil stain treatment, and minor asphalt repairs Operate specialized equipment including seal coat machines, crack fill melters, line stripers, and street sweepers Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional work site Work effectively as part of a small crew while also being able to work independently Qualifications Previous experience in parking lot maintenance, asphalt work, or pavement maintenance strongly preferred Ability to operate striping machines, seal coat tanks, and crack filling equipment is a big plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results Reliable transportation and punctuality 2 Years Experience Preferred Seal Coating Crack Filling / crack sealing Parking Lot Striping / line painting What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities during peak seasons Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow All necessary tools and equipment provided If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and have experience making parking lots look clean, safe, and professional, we want to hear from you!Pay:
