The ideal candidate has basic carpentry knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve while working at heights in outdoor conditions. This role requires physical stamina for frequent climbing, lifting, bending, and standing, along with safe use of ladders and equipment. Preferred candidates have a background in roofing or general construction and are familiar with exterior home systems and water drainage. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions with proper safety equipment.
