Description Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Escondido is hiring Seasonal Dishwashers for the summer season (May-August). If you're reliable, hardworking, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment , this is a great opportunity to join a high-energy team and gain experience in a well-known craft brewery restaurant. As a Seasonal Dishwasher , you play a critical role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, glassware, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. This is a tip-eligible position , offering the opportunity to contribute to both daily operations and special events. What You'll Do Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and/or hand-washing stations efficiently Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Maintain a steady flow of clean items to support kitchen and bar operations Assist with event support and large-volume dishwashing needs Remove trash and recycling, supporting sustainability and cleanliness standards Complete opening and closing duties , ensuring proper kitchen organization Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Identify and report equipment issues or supply shortages Maintain a clean, organized dish area and workspace Support team members and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
