Seasonal Event Staff

Taconic Ridge Farm, a premier wedding venue nestled between the Berkshires and the Hudson Valley, is looking for Seasonal Event Staff to join our small, passionate team! We are currently seeking Event Staff for the 2025 wedding season (approx. June 19 - Nov 1). This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, is a team player, enjoys problem-solving and working in a beautiful outdoor setting. We have shifts open for each event, with the chance of additional shifts as the need arises.

Available Shifts:

Saturdays 8am-1pm Saturdays 1pm-11pm Saturdays 3pm - 11pm Sundays 12-4pm •Occasional Friday shifts available for Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Parties - hours vary but mostly late afternoon-early evenings. Responsibilities range from setting up and breaking down the event space including moving of furniture during events, directing guest parking, transporting guests on a golf cart as well as any miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Facilities Manager & GM. The ideal candidate has the following skills: Upbeat, Energetic, & Approachable Great Customer Service outlook Able to set up and move tables, chairs & other furniture, as needed, around venue (with assistance) Attention to Detail Creative Problem Solver Ability to listen, and take direction well Ability to Communicate Well with the Team, Vendor Staff, and Guests Interest in Weddings and Events A good attitude, eagerness to learn, initiative, be idea-driven, responsible for their work, and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Must have a valid driver's license and own source of transportation Able to safely transport guests on a golf cart if needed Must be able to lift 50lbs (with assistance) Professional, Organized, Reliable, & Punctual Good Eye for photography preferred Previous experience is a plus but not required - we'll train the right person!
