Company Description Innovative Seed Solutions is the premier grain sorghum seed research company in the United States. We develop and test new sorghum hybrids for the farmers of North and South America. The company is headquartered in Zionsville, Indiana, and has research centers near Corpus Christi, Texas, and Wichita, Kansas. Role This part-time Seasonal Field Research Employee role involves conducting day-to-day field research tasks. The position is an on-site role located in Mount Hope, Kansas. This job will be Monday-Friday and then about halfway through the summer will also include Saturday mornings. Work can be 30 to 40 hours per week, though hours may vary depending on project status and field conditions. This is a summer position going through early to mid-August. There may be a potential to stay on through the fall. Duties may include Assist in summer field operations which include pollinations, field maintenance, weed control, sample collection, and other related activities. Seed organization, packaging, and planting. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to work outside in summer conditions Attention to detail

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you able to work Monday through Friday (we can be a little flexible here) and 4 to 8 hours as needed? And are you able to work Saturday mornings as we get busier later in the summer? Are you willing to work outside?
