We're hiring energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Seasonal Lobster Sales Associates to work at our outdoor lobster patio. In this role, you'll help create an unforgettable guest experience by selling live and steamed lobsters, preparing classic summer favorites like hot dogs and lobster rolls, and assisting customers visiting from all over the country. Schedule Seasonal Summer Position 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Weekends are required Outdoor covered patio environment What You'll Do Sell live and steamed Maine lobsters to customers Steam lobsters to order Prepare and serve hot dogs, lobster rolls, and plated meals Deliver friendly, enthusiastic customer service Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area Help create a fun and welcoming outdoor dining experience Work independently while staying engaged with the team What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in varying summer weather conditions Comfortable handling live and cooked lobsters Ability to multitask in a busy food service and retail environment Able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be at least 18 years old Food service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus ServSafe Certification preferred, but not required Why Work at Kittery Trading Post?
