Seasonal Maintenance Technician

Job Summary Misty Harbor Resort Condominium is looking for a part time Seasonal Maintenance Technician! Are you looking to gain property maintenance and landscaping experience, or perhaps have the expirience but would like a few extra hours a week? Misty Harbor may be the place for you! Located in scenic Gilford New Hampshire, this Maintenance Technician position is for 10 hours a week, five hours on Saturday and five hours on Sunday starting now and finishing up around Labor Day. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems, following technical schematics and safety guidelines. Assist with, and complete small landscaping projects as directed. Conduct daily beach raking and ensure the common grounds are kept clean of debris. Report to the on site Maintenance Manager for additional tasks and projects. Skills Mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
