//www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJ8c3pIYn6w Log home maintenance includes washing (power washer, back pack sprayers), sanding, stain/top coat touchups, chinking, and caulking. These are all homes we have restored or refinished in previous years. Likely to see a different home every day!

General Duties:

Understanding and execution of processes used for log home maintenance Operating all necessary equipment safely and efficiently (paint sprayers, pressure washers, sanders, caulk guns, power tools, etc) Set up, utilize, move, and take down ladders of various sizes, including extension ladders Safely and responsibly operate company trucks with bumper pull trailers Utilize project management software proficiently Responsible for equipment care, maintenance, and organization

Physical Demands:

Heavy lifting: Lifting and carrying 50 lbs. routinely, occasionally >50lbs. Ability to work in high noise environment; ear protection required and provided Working at heights above 10 feet, including from extension ladders Standing for extended periods Bending, crouching, kneeling, grasping regularly throughout the day Ability to work in a full range of environmental elements; temperatures have ranged from approximately 10 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit What we can offer you:
