• Enter orders online accurately and rapidly Ensure there are no duplicate orders in the system Ensures that customer orders are for the correct product Other duties may be assigned Job Requirements
• Ability to follow instructions and be a team player Ability to stay on task in a busy work environment Self-motivated to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately Standard computer knowledge Excellent typing skills 10 key skills are helpful Effective oral and written communication skills Exhibits punctuality and professionalism Regular and predictable attendance Education and Experience
• Customer service experience is preferred High-school diploma or equivalent Physical Demands
• The employee is required to talk and hear. Often, this position requires the employee to stand, sit, bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, ascend and descend stairs.
