Property Manager Description The Seasonal Turnover Maintenance Assistant supports the facilities team during peak seasonal operations, including apartment turnover periods and special projects. This role assists with minor maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and unit preparation to ensure a positive experience for current and new residents.

) Perform routine maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: changing filters, replacing light bulbs, repairing minor damages, securing fixtures, etc. Assist with unit turnover (make-ready) processes, including cleaning, minor repairs, and preparation of apartments and bedspaces. Support preventive maintenance and repair efforts to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist in quality checks of completed work to ensure units meet market-ready standards. Assist in inspecting the community for maintenance issues and report findings to the supervisor and maintenance team. Coordinate with vendors and staff as needed to support work order completion and project tasks. Move, unload, and organize supplies, furniture, and equipment. Responsible for understanding and following the Company key control policies and procedures. Attend required staff meetings and safety trainings. Participate in routine property and unit inspections. Provide excellent customer service to residents, team members, and vendors. Provide support to the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed and/or instructed. Anticipated start date 6/4/26 through 7/17/26. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Education/Experience:

A minimum of 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of general maintenance, basic unit make-ready processes including trash-out, cleaning, and painting, and housekeeping tasks.
