Seasonal Vacation Rental Turnover Cleaner

Coastal Home & Property Care is hiring reliable seasonal cleaners for the upcoming vacation rental turnover season on Long Beach Island and in Southern Ocean County. We are a local, family-owned cleaning and property care company serving homeowners, vacation rental owners, property managers, and local businesses. Our company is insured, standards-driven, and organized. We care about reliability, punctuality, communication, and detailed work. This role is a good fit for someone who can show up on time, follow a checklist, work efficiently, and help make homes clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Responsibilities:

Clean vacation rental homes between guest stays Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and entry areas Make beds and reset rooms as assigned Remove trash and help prepare homes for incoming guests Follow Coastal Home & Property Care cleaning checklists Report property issues, damage, missing items, or supply concerns when noticed Communicate clearly with the team lead or office Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to jobs in the LBI / Southern Ocean County area Strong punctuality and communication Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists Comfortable with physical cleaning work and being on your feet Attention to detail Saturday availability during rental turnover season is strongly preferred Prior cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, home care, or property maintenance experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person

Seasonal part-time work available Saturday availability is especially important Weekday work may also be available Year-round cleaning opportunities may be available for strong, reliable workers

Pay:

Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on role fit, reliability, and experience.
